By submitting an RSVP through socialbevy.com, you agree to the following terms.

RSVPs & Event Details

An RSVP reserves your spot but does not guarantee entry; event capacity, date, time, and venue are subject to change, and we'll do our best to notify you of any changes using the contact information you provide. Media/press RSVPs are subject to credential approval at check-in.

Communications

By submitting the RSVP form, you agree to receive email communications related to your RSVP and the event. If you provide a phone number and opt in, you also agree to receive a limited number of SMS reminders as described in our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.

Accuracy of Information

You're responsible for providing accurate contact information. We're not responsible for missed communications due to incorrect details submitted at RSVP.

Limitation of Liability

Social Bevy events are provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Social Bevy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your attendance at, or inability to attend, an event.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
