This Privacy Policy describes how Social Bevy (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information you provide when you RSVP to a Social Bevy event through socialbevy.com.

Information We Collect

When you submit our RSVP form, we collect:

  • Full name and email address
  • Phone number, if you choose to provide one
  • Number of guests and any message you include
  • For media/press RSVPs: outlet name, role, coverage interest, and interview request

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Confirm and manage your RSVP
  • Send you a confirmation email with event details
  • Send event reminder emails as the event date approaches
  • If you opt in, send event reminder text messages to the phone number you provide
  • Coordinate media credentials for press RSVPs

Text Message (SMS) Reminders

If you enter a phone number and check “Text me event reminders,” you consent to receive up to 2 SMS messages per event from Social Bevy: one approximately 2 days before the event, and one on the day of the event. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by event but will never exceed 2 messages for a single event. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is used solely to send you the event reminders you opted into, and is shared only with the service providers listed below strictly to deliver those messages on our behalf.

Service Providers

We use the following third-party services to operate our RSVP system. Each processes your information only as needed to provide their service to us, not for their own marketing purposes:

  • Airtable — stores RSVP records
  • SendGrid (Twilio) — sends confirmation and reminder emails
  • Twilio — sends opted-in SMS reminders

Data Retention & Security

We retain RSVP information for as long as reasonably necessary to plan and follow up on our events, and take reasonable measures to protect it from unauthorized access.
